Message from Ryugakusei Bekka

Ryugakusei Bekka is an educational institution for the Japanese language at North Asia University. We offer a range of subjects for overseas students who would like to study not only such things as the Japanese language but also the State of Affairs in Japan, Japanese Economy, Japanese Politics and Introduction to Computer Literacy. Our educational aim is for students to be able to live comfortably in Japan.

Students may apply for admission by special recommendation to North Asia University or by the scholarship for overseas students (300,000 yen per year), after having finished Ryugakusei Bekka.

We would particularly like students to enjoy their campus life fully here. All staff members work hard to give there best service.

Ryugakusei Bekka [Japanese Only]

Japanese Language

The aim is to develop the ability to express what is meant in Japanese by learning fundamentals of grammar and by practicing Japanese conversation. Also to be learned will be knowledge of the Japanese language necessary to pass official examinations.

Information about Japan

The aim is to learn the geographical features and history of Japan as well as other information regarding Japan and its people.

Economy and Politics

The aim is to learn Japanese economy and politics by reading various articles in papers or magazines, and also to acquire knowledge about the relationship between Japan and other countries in terms of economy and politics.

English

The aim is to study many English expressions that can be used when encountering English-speaking people under various circumstances.

Bookkeeping

The aim is to acquire the fundamentals of bookkeeping. Bookkeeping is important and indispensable not only for managers, but also for persons concerned with business enterprises.

Mathematics

The aim is to understand mathematical fundamentals in Japanese.

Introduction to Computer Literacy

The aim is to acquire fundamental use of "Word" and "Excel" languages after having learned the role of "OS". The fundamentals of operating Microsoft Windows will also be taught.

General Practice of the Japanese Language

The aim is to acquire correct Japanese language and to develop the ability to read, write, speak and understand Japanese in various situations.
