| The Department of Applied Economics is designed to create professionals who will be valued in private as well as in public sectors. We will provide our students with both a broad knowledge and sharp insight into economics. Our classes are designed to assist students in acquiring “financial planner” and “certified travel supervisor” licenses. We also will prepare students for the “police officer” and “civil servant” examinations. Students’ career goals are given individual attention. The Department of Applied Management aims to cultivate professionalism in students and hopes to prepare them to become business elites who, with proper qualifications/licenses, can be prepared to engage in accounting, information, and marketing fields. Courses are offered to prepare students for “book-keeping” and “data-processing” examinations, as well as for “tax accountant,” “fundamental information technology engineer,” and “retail management and merchandise coordinator” licenses. Small-group classes make high quality education possible. Completion of stipulated classes allows eligibility to take both the high school teacher license examination (to teach geography/history, civics, and commerce) and the junior high school teacher license examination (to teach social studies). | Here, students are provided with a thorough basic education and given an opportunity to learn about common legal issues. Classes are available for students pursuing such career goals as “law school,” “business enterprise,” “court secretary,” and “government employee.” Special courses are offered for “bar,” “government employee,” “gyoseishoshi lawyer,” “real estate transaction specialist,” “certified travel supervisor” and “law/legal affairs certification” examinations. Completion of stipulated classes provides eligibility to take both the high school teacher license examination (to teach geography/history and civics) and the junior high school teacher license examination (to teach social studies). A Judicial Research and Training Room, Police Officer / Civil Servant Examination Room, and a Judicial Scrivener Examination Room are prepared for students to study in. |
